Australia has been left embarrassed and labeled as ‘racist’ after the recent spate of attacks on Indian students. With an expected decline in the number of internationals studying in Australia, both the Federal Government and individual tertiary providers are reviewing safety procedures for visiting students.

The strained relationship between Australia and India has also been left unresolved with Deputy Prime Minister, Julia Gillard criticizing India’s increased travel warnings for those planning to study in Australia. read article »
