The Edith Cowan University Student Guild is involved in a campaign around the outsourcing of ECU Security, which has resulted in the loss of some valued security staff on campus.
The move comes after ECU Vice Chancellor Kerry Cox said security staff were becoming too familiar with students and allowing there to be an unsatisfactory professional-relationship. read article »
Degrees Brewery Restaurant, situated on the ECU Joondalup campus, serves gourmet meals at café prices using mostly local produce. Students in the Bachelor of Hospitality Management programs both staff and operate the restaurant, giving them the chance to learn on the job. read article »
